The primary responsibility of this intern is to support the flow of goods throughout the supply chain by working with ingredient suppliers, contract manufacturers, and distribution centers. You will thrive in this role if you have a keen attention to detail, the ability to juggle many tasks at once, and a strong willingness to learn. \nIndividuals selected for our Internship Program will actively contribute to our company’s growth while benefiting from hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development. Our internship program is based in the Seaport District of Boston. Throughout the summer, interns will work on impactful projects that directly influence our brand’s progress. \nKey Responsibilities:\nInventory Management: Collaborate with suppliers and partners to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and preventing shortages.\nPartner Meetings: Actively participate in weekly meetings with key external partners, tracking project progress, documenting detailed minutes, and ensuring accurate information is communicated.\nChargeback Analysis: Investigate chargebacks from retailers by collecting necessary documentation and evidence, and address discrepancies to recover funds and prevent future occurrences.\nOrder Management: Accurately process and record customer orders in our internal system, ensuring timely and efficient order handling.\nCross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Science & Innovation and Marketing teams to support project execution and assist in the swift completion of various tasks and initiatives.\nAI Utilization: Leverage Claude to support work across all assigned responsibilities: conducting research, synthesizing data, drafting and refining content, brainstorming ideas, and identifying opportunities to share useful AI applications with the broader team.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate, Masters, or MBA program at an accredited institution.
