Hands-on coding experience must be current, not historical.\nStrong Git management including branching strategies, merging conflict resolution, and release tagging.\nExperience leading and delivering in small teams (3–10 developers)\nProven experience with backend API development in asp.net core with database (Postgres/SQL server / my SQL)\nHands-on coding capability is mandatory, as this is not a review-only role.\nStrong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including deployment and management of cloud-based applications.\nDeep understanding of software design patterns, architectural styles, and best practices.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.\nFamiliarity with AI, machine learning concepts, and their application in software systems.\nExperience with containerization technologies like
