The Client Success & Strategy team at Force Therapeutics is the engine that powers the implementation, support, success, renewal and growth of Force's growing portfolio of Hospitals, Health Systems and Orthopedic Specialty Practices throughout the US. The Client Success team works with each client in a highly customized fashion to ensure they reach their unique goals while living our mission to extend Force's reach and impact via hospitals and health system partnerships across the country. We are looking for an experienced Implementation Lead who can confidently own multiple client implementations at once and help raise the bar for the implementation team as a whole.
As the Implementation Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading organizations through implementation on the Force platform. You'll own a portfolio of concurrent implementations of varying complexity, from the initial implementation kick off through first patient live and a seamless hand off to the Client Success Manager. You'll also serve as a mentor to our Implementation Associate, sharing best practices and helping build a consistent, high-quality implementation experience for every client.
What you’ll do:
Client Implementation Ownership: You will lead a portfolio of simultaneous implementation projects ranging from standard to complex. The process starts with support during the final stages of the sales process to ensure we're gathering the appropriate client information to inform implementation timelines through first patient live on the Force platform. You'll partner cross-functionally with internal clinical, product, and technical teams as needed, including on projects with integration components.
Project Management & Prioritization: Build and maintain project plans for each implementation, manage timelines and dependencies, proactively flag risks, and keep every project on schedule based on agreed upon timeframes with client stakeholders. Leverage tools such as Monday, Confluence, and Claude to organize, prioritize, and automate workflows effectively across your portfolio so that no project loses momentum, and escalate risks early when they arise.
Client Engagement & Accountability: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients throughout implementation. Lead client meetings with confidence, secure commitments from client stakeholders, and drive them to complete their deliverables on time. Keep clients well informed and moving forward, even in busy hospital and health system environments with competing priorities. Comfort working autonomously and holding a high level of accountability for project deliverables.
Training and Presentation: Act as the subject matter expert in implementation best practices for the Force platform. Lead engaging training sessions that are tailored for end users, including surgeons, clinicians, and administrative staff, and deliver recommendations and updates to client leadership.
Operational Consistency: Proactively identify and contribute to initiatives that drive repeatability, consistency, and scalability across the implementation function, such as playbooks, templates, and process improvements. Create and leverage automations whenever possible to guarantee consistency and accountability throughout the implementation process.
What you bring:
Experience in Digital Health or SaaS: You bring 3-5 years of experience implementing SaaS or other health tech platforms, ideally with hospitals, health systems, or specialty practices. Exposure to EMR integrations and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.) is a plus.
Project Management Skills: You have a strong track record of managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously, with an emphasis on delivering on schedule with a high degree of client satisfaction. You are proficient with project management platforms such as Monday.com and have hands-on experience using AI tools to automate routine tasks, streamline workflows, and make implementation delivery more efficient and scalable.
Organization and Prioritization: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing competing demands across several clients and workstreams at once.
Confident Communicator and Presenter: You are comfortable with public speaking and leading training for groups of end users, both virtually and in person. You have a strong presence and can command attention and drive action from client stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt and operate in complex environments while successfully managing simultaneous projects.
