You will collaborate with architects, anchors and other product teams to understand the relationship between various aspects of corporate sites and eCommerce platform, works hands-on with team members to resolve questions, clarify designs, and deliver products.
Develops software that delivers user stories that contribute to a valuable working software for Ford and Lincoln brand sites products.
Develops unit tests with working software, to confirm software functionality according to functional and non-functional requirements.
Develops functional tests to confirm user story acceptance and to detect regression defects.
Collaborate directly and continuously with Product Managers and Product Owners to prioritize deliverables geared towards a business and user value-driven approach with a continuous improvement and innovative mindset.
Participate in highly collaborative practices, including:
- Agentic Development
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Security practices (SAST/DAST)
- Use of monitoring, logging, and tracing tools (Dynatrace, etc.)
- Engage in Agile practices including, but not limited to, Stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and journey mapping.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field
2 years Experience in React / Spring boot
2 years Experience in web development
- Good understanding of code versioning tools and techniques, and automated build / release solutions
- Good understanding of design and Agile processes, culture, best practices, and techniques
Fluent English
Preferred qualifications:
Minimum 1 years Experience as AEM / AEM Cloud developer and frontend web technologies
Experience with mobile accessibility
Experience with microservices, content fragments / experience fragments
Experience using AI agents
