high-volume manufacturing environment preferred;\n\nBasic Industrial Engineering knowledge (material flow/manufacturing) considered an added advantage\n\nFunctional/Soft skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to interpret part-level logistics data and translate it into simulation models\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders\n\nCollaborative mindset for working with Plant MFE and Study teams\n\nProficient communication skills both English and Thai: Speaking, reading, writing.\n\nSoftware/Computer literacy\nHands-on experience with FlexSim and/or Plant Simulation (Tecnomatix)\n\nExperience with SYNAOS or other AGV/AMR simulation platforms preferred\n\nprogramming
