12-Month Fixed-Term Contract.
We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join Ford's Talent Acquisition team in Valencia.
You'll be part of our European Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, working alongside TA colleagues across the region, while focusing on hiring activity within Spain. You'll also work closely with the local HR team and business leaders, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on the talent agenda locally while being connected to a wider European function.
This is a hands-on recruitment role where you'll take ownership of hiring from start to finish, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure great talent.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across internal and external hiring needs in Valencia
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop hiring plans
- Source and engage talent through direct sourcing, networking and market mapping
- Screen candidates, manage interview processes and support hiring decisions
- Provide insights on the Spanish talent market, candidate availability and hiring trends
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Support inclusive hiring practices and employer branding activity
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish recruitment market
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and vacancies simultaneously
Preferred Experience:
- Experience recruiting within a large, matrix organisation
- Experience hiring across a variety of functions, including Technology and Digital
- Experience using recruitment systems such as SAP, Oracle or LinkedIn Recruiter
