equivalent programming languages.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to build scalable and resilient cloud-native solutions.\nImplement platform observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting practices.\nContribute to platform architecture, security, reliability, and operational excellence initiatives.\nSupport microservices-based workloads and distributed systems running on container platforms.\n 6-10 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Infrastructure.\nStrong experience administering Kubernetes and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), including cluster deployment, upgrades, lifecycle management, and automation.\nProficiency in software development with strong object-oriented programming concepts.\nHands-on development experience in Go, Python, or a similar programming language.\nExperience with CI/CD and GitOps tools such as GitHub, Argo CD, and Tekton.\nExperience designing and integrating APIs with an API-first engineering approach.\nStrong hands-on experience designing and implementing platform solutions as an individual contributor.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks.\nSolid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and cloud-native design principles.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with one or more of the following:\nKubernetes Operators and Custom Controllers\nService Mesh technologies such as Istio\nObservability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Dynatrace, or similar tools\nStorage
