are seeking an experienced Remote Recruiter to join our new business model where recruiters are fully dedicated to supporting client organizations on a project this role you will act as a true and structured reporting to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project.\n Represent the clients employer brand professionally in all candidate interactions ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.\n Deliver against agreed timelines and performance expectations while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.\n Qualifications & Experience\n Proven experience in recruitment is essential.\n Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience ideally within project-based RPO or client-embedded environments.\n Strong sourcing capability across multiple channels (LinkedIn ATS platforms talent databases professional networks).\n Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.\n Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining accountability and delivering measurable outcomes.\n Tech-savvy organized and adaptable to new recruitment tools and reporting systems.\n What We Offer\n The opportunity to
