Working collaboratively with Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success teams, the Solution Architect leads technical discovery, solution design, and deployment strategy while ensuring successful project delivery. The role extends beyond technical implementation-it focuses on building trusted customer relationships, providing technical leadership, and delivering innovative solutions that help organizations address their most critical cybersecurity challenges.\nAnalyse customer requirements to design a Forescout comprehensive and scalable technical solution.\nDevelop solution architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.\nEnsure solution architecture aligns with best practices, industry standards, and client objectives.\nAct as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through the technical aspects of their projects.\nConduct technical discovery workshops and presentations to capture requirements.\nBuild strong relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as a point of escalation for technical issues.\nProvide technical oversight during project delivery, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.\nDevelop deployment strategies and ensure adherence to quality standards.\nLead technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.\nIdentify and mitigate potential technical risks and constraints.\nStay updated on emerging technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions.\nCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation for projects and solutions.\nContribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and best practices.\nShare knowledge and expertise with internal teams to foster continuous learning.\nCollaborate with sales and account teams to develop solution proposals.\nWhat You Will Bring To Forescout\nSkills & Experience\n5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role in professional services.\nConsultative experience designing and advocating for best-practice solutions.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.\nProven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions.\nStrong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.\nProficiency with relevant technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, networking, security solutions, databases).\nExperience with system integration, and API design.\nFamiliarity with automation, orchestration, and DevOps practices.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.\nPossess a current Forescout FSCE certification\nRelevant industry certifications a plus.\nCISSP and/or similar certification a plus.\nA self-motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude\nWhat Forescout Offers You\nAt Forescout, visionary leadership, continuous learning, and career development are central to our success.
