The ideal candidate understands how software development and engineering organizations operate and can translate business and operational needs into practical Jira solutions.\nThis role will work closely with Engineering, QA, Product Management, Project Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure Jira remains an effective system for managing work, tracking progress, measuring performance, and supporting organizational decision-making.\nThis position is intended for a mid-to-senior level professional who has demonstrated hands-on Jira administration experience and the ability to independently manage operational improvements in a software development environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwnership:\nTakes responsibility for systems, processes, and outcomes rather than simply responding to requests. Can balance individual team needs with broader organizational standards. \nContinuous Improvement Mindset:\nConstantly looks for ways to eliminate unnecessary work, improve data quality, automate repetitive activities, and make engineering operations more efficient.\nWhat You Bring to Forescout\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
