The successful candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, staff welfare, training, and compliance while working closely with management and departmental heads to ensure that workforce needs are effectively addressed and HR processes support business objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCoordinate staff welfare, engagement initiatives, and employee benefits administration.\nOversee HR administration, employee records, employment documentation, policies, and compliance with applicable labour regulations.\nCoordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job profiling, candidate screening, assessments, interviews, selection, and onboarding.\nManage employee relations matters, workplace concerns, disciplinary processes, and performance management activities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation, and the use of HR systems.\nProvide HR advice and recommendations to management on staffing, employee management, and HR operational matters.\nPrepare HR reports, recruitment updates, and workforce information for management.\nIdentify training needs and coordinate staff training plans, calendars, and development activities.\nWork with management and departmental heads to identify staffing requirements and support workforce planning.\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong organisational, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.\nRelevant experience in HR generalist functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.\nProfessional HR certification is an added advantage.\nAbility to handle confidential information, manage competing priorities, and work effectively with management and employees.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR information systems and recruitment platforms.\nGood understanding of Nigerian employment practices and labour regulations.\nExperience supporting multiple departments, business units, or subsidiaries is an advantage.\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nInterested and
