In addition to processing all account activities to ensure that the adviser tight payrun deadlines are met.Job Description\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare weekly and monthly commission runs and reports\nPerform compensation adjustments based on policy changes\nEnsure commissions are paid out correctly and investigate any inconsistencies\nProvide commission information as requested in a timely manner to both internal and external contacts\nInput data accurately into the system\nTrack information and assist on the debt collection processes of agents and agencies\nHandle commission debt repayments from agents and agencies\nRespond to and ensure efficient and accurate resolution to daily telephone and email inquiries pertaining to compensation issues, meeting established service level standards.\nOther duties as required\nKey Qualifications\nCollege Diploma or equivalent work experience is required\nPost Secondary degree or equivalent field experience is an asset\n1-2 years of experience in Insurance Industry is required\nFluently bilingual in both French and English (written and verbal)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood mathematical skills\nIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nAccounting and bookkeeping background would be an asset\nRequires strong ability to multi-task under pressure and time constraints to meet various deadlines while maintaining keen attention to detail.\nAble to respond to constantly changing needs and schedules and to organize and prioritize workload.\nDecisive with good judgment/decision-making skills to act effectively in resolving compensation issues.\nRequires well-developed problem solving and analytical skills.\nAccurate keyboarding skills with good working knowledge of Word and Excel.\nAbility to work within the hours of Insurance Operations (8:00am - 8:00 pm).\nMust be willing to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends during peak periods as required to meet SLA’s.\nSalary Range:\n$43,000.00 - $63,000.00The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education.
