[Remote] Web Implementation Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Xplor Technologies is hiring a Web Implementation Specialist to build, configure, and review WordPress websites for foreUP customers. The role organizes customer content and assets, performs quality assurance and troubleshooting, and applies accessibility and SEO best practices while collaborating with internal teams to deliver websites on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and update responsive WordPress websites using approved designs, templates, customer content, and brand standards
• Create and configure pages, navigation, forms, themes, plugins, and reusable components using WordPress and HTML/CSS as needed
• Migrate and organize website content while improving formatting, usability, accessibility, and basic SEO/GEO elements
• Complete website quality assurance across devices and browsers, including links, forms, navigation, redirects, tracking, and responsive layouts
• Identify and correct common ADA/WCAG accessibility issues using approved tools and established processes
• Troubleshoot common website issues and support routine hosting, staging, backups, SSL, caching, and deployment tasks
• Support analytics and approved integrations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on schedule

Skills

• Eligible working rights in United States of America and do not require sponsorship
• Two or more years of hands-on WordPress experience and a portfolio demonstrating completed website projects
• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, page builders, plugins, forms, and standard site settings
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, browser compatibility, and code inspection tools
• Practical knowledge of WCAG accessibility and foundational SEO/GEO best practices
• Experience with website QA, browser testing, launch checklists, and common hosting or deployment tasks
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and time-management skills
• Degree in web development, information technology, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
