This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, a love for product, and a drive to build a long-term career in planning.\nGET EXCITED TO:\nSupport seasonal planning and category strategy in line with financial and customer goals\nTrack trade performance and respond to sales trends to maximise opportunity and manage risk\nWork closely with the Buying team to develop a well-balanced and customer-first range\nMonitor WSSI and assist with open-to-buy management\nLiaise with Allocation to optimise store performance and ensure right stock, right place, right time\nManage intake, stock flow, markdowns and promotional activity with accuracy and care\nConduct regular store and warehouse visits to maintain product visibility and insight\nCoach and support the Allocation Analyst, helping them grow their skillset and impact\nTHE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US\nYou’ll bring energy, a keen eye for numbers, and an understanding of how product comes to life in a retail setting.
