Working across international freight, 3PL partnerships, carriers, customs and logistics, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our product moves efficiently, compliantly and cost-effectively across our markets.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced logistics leader who thrives on solving complex operational challenges, strengthening partner performance and driving continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Planning, Retail, Finance, Digital and IT, using data and commercial insight to improve service, reduce cost and build scalable logistics processes that support Forever New’s continued growth.\nGet excited to:\nLead the day-to-day performance and governance of our 3PL, freight forwarder and carrier partnerships.\nDrive international freight performance across key trade lanes, proactively identifying risks and leading recovery actions.\nOversee customs, import compliance, clearance activity and key trade documentation across our international markets.\nMonitor and improve 3PL and carrier performance through clear SLAs, reporting and corrective action plans.\nIdentify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, reduce avoidable freight costs and eliminate manual processes and rework.\nPartner cross-functionally to ensure smooth inventory flow and logistics readiness for new store openings and key business initiatives.\nLead the operational resolution of logistics systems and data issues across ERP, WMS, OMS and carrier integrations.\nProvide meaningful logistics reporting and insights across service, cost, critical path and operational risk.\nLead and develop a small team, creating clear priorities, accountability and consistent execution.\nChampion continuous improvement across our logistics network, building sustainable processes that support future growth.\nTHE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US\nProven experience in a logistics, supply chain or operations management role, ideally within a multi-market environment.\nStrong experience managing 3PL providers, freight forwarders and carrier relationships.\nSound knowledge of international freight, customs, import requirements and trade documentation.\nStrong commercial understanding of freight costs, duties, surcharges and logistics performance.\nDemonstrated people leadership experience with the ability to set priorities, build capability and drive accountability.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capability, with confidence identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and external partners.\nExperience working with ERP, WMS, OMS or TMS platforms will be highly regarded.\nExperience within retail, fashion or ecommerce environments will be advantageous.\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced
