Then keep reading - you’ve come to the right place.\nRole Description\nForm Energy is seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Manager, Facilities Maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial, and industrial settings. The Sr Facilities Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Sr Manager Site Operations and will play a key role in ensuring that scheduling of both preventative and corrective maintenance of both hard and soft services happen in a timely manner to keep operations online. These include HVAC, MEP systems, Janitorial, Security, Life-Safety & Site Services. Participation in EHS initiatives is expected as well as being an ambassador of safety throughout the facility.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission! \nRelocation assistance is available. \nWhat you'll do:\nEvaluation of service contracts as well as schedule against F&E calibration and PM schedules.\n\nCoordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair tasks.\n\nFacilitate inspections of facility systems to identify any repairs or upgrades needed.\n\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in CMMS\n\nGenerate historical reports and develop KPI's for monthly, quarterly, annual dashboards as well as predictive maintenance scheduling purposes.\n\nMaintain & participate in CAPA's and RCA's following failure modes around the facility\n\nAssist with property management upgrades and contractors as well as supporting external agency audits and inspections for compliance and permitting needs\n\nSupport Office services varying needs and requirements\n\nTake lead in managing Capital Projects coordination of vendors, budget and any delays that can arise in a timely manner\n\nFamiliarity with BMS and troubleshooting required\n\nOversee the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and physical resources of facilities buildings, grounds, and utility systems\n\nEnsure the facility adheres to local, state, and federal building, fire, and health codes (e.g., OSHA, ADA, local ordinances).\n\nCoordinate with EHS on safety audits, emergency response planning, and incident resolution\n\nSupport space utilization planning, office layouts, and other soft services around the facility\n\nAssist in budget planning & tracking as well as projecting out TI costs based on Capital projects\n\nPossess the flexibility to perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, supporting the broader goals and needs of the facilities group\n\nWhat you'll bring:\nCertification: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate degree in a related field nice to have.\n\nExperience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management or equivalent with a strong background in facilities maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems.\n\nTechnical Skills: Strong planning ability, excellent judgment, and clear communication of directions required.\n\nProblem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance issues. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and manuals.\n\nCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to lead and direct outside vendors with professionalism; experience in working with outside contractors.\n\nPhysical Fitness: Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces, at heights, and in adverse weather conditions.
