Then keep reading - you’ve come to the right place.\nRole Description\nForm Energy is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Facilities Maintenance team. This role reports into our Sr. Manager of Facilities Operations. As part of our Facilities team, you will contribute to collaboration/partnership with our engineering and operation teams. Relocation assistance is available.\nThe ideal candidate will bring a “can-do” attitude and strong independent problem solving skills. Hands-on experience within computerized maintenance management software programs within manufacturing operations, or a start-up is preferred.\nThe schedule for this position is night shift 5 nights per work week schedule. \nWhat you'll do:\nEnsure Safety & Compliance: Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), OSHA, and NFPA 70E standards.\n\nLead & Develop: Supervise, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\nDrive Equipment Reliability: Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and production performance.\n\nTroubleshoot & Improve: Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements to eliminate recurring equipment failures.\n\nSustain Facilities Operations: Partner with Production, Engineering, Controls, Construction & Tool Install teams to prioritize work, support commissioning, and execute planned shutdowns.\n\nManage Maintenance Execution: Ensure work orders, labor, parts usage, and asset history are accurately maintained in the CMMS while monitoring key maintenance performance metrics.\n\nInspections: Perform inspections of equipment including, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, building HVAC equipment, air compressors, electrical systems, fire alarm & suppression systems, fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, etc.\n\nWhat you'll bring:\nAssociate Degree or Technical School Diploma with an applicable field of study. Equivalent experience in Electrical, Controls, Automation, HVAC, or other related Facility Maintenance Technology will be considered.\n\n5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role leading facility maintenance technicians in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong understanding of safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), NFPA 70E, OSHA, and machine guarding requirements.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel.\n\nAbility to prioritize work, manage competing priorities, and drive equipment uptime while minimizing downtime.\n\nExperience planning and coordinating maintenance activities, including shutdowns, repairs, and continuous improvement projects.\n\nFlexibility to support off-shift, weekend, or emergency maintenance activities as business needs require.\n\nExperience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as MaintainX, SAP, Maximo, or similar.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting tools.\n\nExperience using Building Automation System software to monitor all factory systems connected, diagnose & correct faults with facility equipment.\n\nExperience troubleshooting Factory Utility Systems. Examples include: Process Cooling Towers, Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors, Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, Electrical Power Emergency Generators, Battery Backup Centers, Security Camera Networks, Badge Door Access with Card Readers & Turnstiles systems.\n\nStrong electrical, HVAC, controls, automation, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.\n\nWhere you'll work:\nThis role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV-an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA.
