Benefits\nSupport the implementation and administration of global compensation and benefits programs, policies, and processes.\nConduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to assess the competitiveness of salaries, bonuses, equity, and benefits.\nParticipate in salary surveys and support annual compensation reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits renewals.\nProvide compensation-related reporting, analysis, and insights to HR and management.\nEnsure compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and local requirements.\nPayroll Management\nManage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.\nValidate payroll inputs, including salary changes, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and statutory contributions.\nCollaborate with external payroll providers and Finance to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.\nSupport the evaluation and implementation of a consolidated global payroll solution.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.\nHR Collaboration & Process Improvement\nPartner with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders on compensation, benefits, and payroll-related matters.\nSupport employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of Total Rewards processes, reporting, and internal guidelines.\nParticipate in cross-functional HR projects and support local employee engagement initiatives in the Budapest office.\nRequirements:\n4-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, or a related field.\nSolid understanding of compensation principles, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.\nHands-on experience managing payroll processes, including payroll inputs, deductions, and tax-related matters.\nGood understanding of accounting principles, employment taxation, and payroll compliance.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\nProactive and independent working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\nNice to Have\nExperience working in a global or multi-country environment.\nFamiliarity with payroll systems and external payroll providers.\nExperience with compensation benchmarking tools or salary surveys.\nInvolvement in payroll transformation, process
