With more than 25 years of experience, FORM supports 100,000+ global users from some of the world’s more recognizable global brands in 45 countries.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities:\nManage and support global employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding.\nPrepare and maintain HR documentation, contracts, employee records, and statutory leave documentation.\nSupport day-to-day global HiBob/HRIS administration, data accuracy, reporting, and workflows.\nProvide accurate employee data for payroll and benefits processes and help resolve discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams and providers.\nServe as a point of contact for global employees and managers regarding People Operations questions and processes.\nSupport People & Culture activities and general office needs at our Poland site.\nMaintain accurate, confidential, compliant, and audit-ready employee records.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, improve, and automate global People Operations processes.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n3-5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS administration, or a related field.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.\nComfortable working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and employee data.\nProactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong customer-service mindset.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nProfessional fluency in English, written and spoken.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with HiBob or a similar HRIS, such as Workday.\nExperience supporting employees and People Operations processes across multiple countries or entities.\nExperience supporting payroll and benefits processes.\nAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.\nExperience with HR reporting, process improvement, or automation.\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.\nWhat We Offer:\nFull remote or hybrid work from our cozy office in Krakow.\nThe option to enroll in a medical package on preferential terms.\nSubsidized English language courses.\nCompany-provided work equipment.\nOpportunities for internal growth and career development.\nAccess to internal learning resources.\nCompensation: 9,042 - 9,667 PLN per month.
