{"id":2946820,"url":"https://alion.io/job/form3-reporting-data-analyst-6-month-ftc","title":"Reporting & Data Analyst (6-Month FTC)","company":{"id":51363,"name":"Form3","domain":"form3.tech","url":"https://alion.io/company/form3","size_band":"51-200","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"Greenhouse","truth_index":null},"role":"Analytics","role_family":"Analytics","seniority":null,"employment_type":"contractor","work_mode":"remote","remote_scope":"stated_countries","remote_scope_basis":"board_field","remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["London, United Kingdom","United Kingdom"],"countries":["GB"],"hiring_countries":["GB"],"hiring_countries_total":1,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":49000,"max_usd":101000,"period":"year","method":"role_country_seniority_unknown","sample_n":232},"experience_years_min":null,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"AWS","optional":false},{"name":"Python","optional":false},{"name":"SQL","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-20T15:12:53Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-10-20","last_verified_at":"2026-10-23T08:23:43Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":2,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":2},"description":"THE ROLE \nWe’re looking for a Reporting & Data Analyst to help Form3 develop a more reliable, scalable and accessible reporting capability across the organisation. \nThis is a six-month fixed-term contract with two clear priorities: completing and enhancing the Customer Service reporting suite in AWS QuickSight, and building trusted, reusable datasets that enable teams to create and maintain their own reporting. \nYou’ll work across the business to improve data quality, reduce manual reporting and establish stronger documentation, governance and knowledge transfer for the future. \nComplete and enhance the Customer Service reporting suite and reporting deck in AWS QuickSight. \nDesign, build and document reusable datasets for multiple reporting use cases. \nIntegrate key business systems into curated reporting datasets. \nTranslate stakeholder questions into clear data and dashboard requirements. \nEstablish consistent business metrics, definitions and reporting logic. \nAutomate manual reporting and duplicated data preparation where possible. \nValidate reporting outputs and investigate data-quality issues. \nProvide knowledge transfer to internal teams and support a longer-term reporting roadmap. \nWE’RE LOOKING FOR \nEssential \nExperience in a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst or similar role. \nHands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using AWS QuickSight or a comparable BI platform. \nPractical experience using SQL and Python for reporting, data transformation or analysis. \nExperience working with multiple data sources and translating stakeholder requirements into accurate, maintainable reporting. \nA self-sufficient and pragmatic approach, with the ability to take ownership and deliver within a focused six-month engagement. \nDesirable \nExperience using Amazon Athena or a similar cloud-based data querying service. \nExperience creating curated datasets for self-service reporting. \nExperience improving data quality, reporting governance and technical documentation. \nExperience working in a start-up, scale-up or small team where you have had broad ownership. \nTECH STACK \nAWS QuickSight - building dashboards, reporting suites and reusable datasets. \nSQL - querying, transforming and validating reporting data. \nPython - supporting data transformation, automation and reporting workflows. \nBusiness and operational systems - integrating data sources into trusted reporting datasets.\nINTERVIEW PROCESS \nStage 1: Screening Call with Talent Team \nStage 2: Practical Technical Task \nStage 3: Interview with the Hiring Manager, including a discussion of your technical task and your approach to reporting, data quality, stakeholder requirements and self-service analytics \nWe always aim to stick to the above process, however there may be occasions when an additional interview stage is needed for us to be sure we’re hiring the right fit for the role. \nHIRING LOCATIONS \nHere are the locations that we are hiring from for this position. \nUnited Kingdom \nAll new joiners start their first day in our office to collect the equipment needed to work remotely.
