initiative you think may have a strong impact on Formal.\n\nWhat You Need\nRelevant software development experience building data-intensive software platforms\n\nStrong expertise in a modern framework (e.g. React, Vue.js) and proficiency with some backend language (we use Go)\n\nExperience with streaming data processing frameworks such as Apache Kafka and Google Pub/Sub\n\nSome experience with underlying infrastructure primitives like Kubernetes and Terraform\n\nExperience in building scalable, responsive, and cross-browser compatible web applications\n\nSolid understanding of frontend development principles, including testing, performance optimization, code modularity, and accessibility\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions\n\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams\n\nNice-to-Haves\nEarly engineer at a hyper-growth startup.\n\nExtensive experience designing applications on Figma\n\nExperience contributing to a design framework\n\nExperience with UI/UX and product design\n\nCompensation\nThis role offers cash
