Together with Security, Legal and our system owners, you keep access controls audit-ready.\n\nDesigning how we support colleagues across Europe. We will not hire IT support in every office, so you figure out how to give Milan, Munich and Madrid the same quality of support as Copenhagen, working with our office team as local hands.\n\nA proactive operator and process builder. This is a hands-on role: you will fix things today and fix the reason they broke tomorrow, turning repeat requests into documented self-service guides.\n\nWho is the Employee Experience Team?\nEmployee Experience is part of the People team and brings People Operations, Workplace and IT together. We share one responsibility: a seamless work experience, so every colleague can do their best work, whichever office they sit in.\nIT Support sits in Workplace because the tools you work with, the access you need and the office you work from together decide how easily your work starts and flows.
