create status reports; track risks, issues, and impediments; develop mitigation plans; and escalate when needed.\nServe as the primary client contact to build strong relationships, facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and deliver presentations, prototypes, and status updates.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional and technical approaches, validate solution strategy, and ensure high-quality Salesforce delivery.\nSupport hands-on delivery as needed, including Salesforce configuration, data loads, and review of team deliverables.\nParticipate in pre-sales activities such as scoping, estimating, building proofs of concept (POCs), and creating case studies or success stories.\nMentor and guide project team members, including offshore resources, while meeting company utilization and project performance expectations.\nWhat You'll Bring\nYou will likely be successful in this role if you have:\n5+ years as a Technical Project Manager within Salesforce consulting, leading large multi-cloud, multi-integration, multi-workstream projects.\n5+ years of Agile software delivery experience in Project, Product, or Program Management across full product, software, and testing lifecycles.\nProven leadership of Salesforce delivery teams, including onshore/offshore models, remote teams, and delivery against scope, schedule, and commitments.\nStrong technical solutioning experience across scoping, estimation, planning, execution, and tracking of complex Salesforce initiatives.\nDemonstrated expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean.\nAbility to assess and optimize cross-functional business processes and manage key stakeholder relationships internally and externally.\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and adapt to new domain requirements.\nHands-on experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Lightning, and the Force.com platform.\nHow You Work\nYou manage client expectations throughout delivery and address risks, issues, impediments, and escalations proactively.\nYou build strong client relationships and are comfortable facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.\nYou collaborate across functional and technical teams to validate solution strategy and maintain delivery quality.\nYou lead and mentor distributed project teams, including offshore resources, while maintaining scope, schedule, commitments, utilization, and project performance expectations.\nBonus Points If You Have\nPMP certification.\nScrum certification.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSalesforce projects are managed end to end with clear oversight of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and deliverables.\nDelivery progress and financials are monitored, risks and impediments are tracked, and mitigation plans and escalations are handled when needed.\nClients receive clear communication, strong relationship management, and consistent presentations, prototypes, and status updates.\nCross-functional teams are aligned on functional and technical approaches, solution strategy, and high-quality Salesforce delivery.\nWhy Join FormativGroup\nFormativGroup operates within the critical middle layer of business technology, where applications and systems connect infrastructure to business processes.
