configuration, product model updates, integrations, system troubleshooting, technical documentation, and delivery support.\nYou will collaborate with onsite coordinators, client stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Guidewire solutions aligned to project goals and client needs.\n\nWhat You'll Work On\nAs Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer, you will:\nConfigure, enhance, and support Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions across implementation and modernization projects.\nWork across PolicyCenter configuration, product model updates, business rules, workflows, integrations, and platform extensions.\nSupport Property & Casualty insurance solutions across Personal Lines or Commercial Lines products.\nCollaborate with onsite coordinators, project teams, and client stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify technical needs, and support delivery activities.\nContribute to project deliverables, technical documentation, configuration updates, testing support, and issue resolution.\nSupport enterprise system integrations using Java, XML, web services, SQL, messaging platforms, and related integration technologies.\nTroubleshoot configuration, integration, and environment issues across Guidewire implementation workstreams.\nApply software development best practices to ensure quality, maintainability, performance, and platform stability.\nSupport Guidewire Cloud implementation activities and Advanced Product Designer-related configuration when applicable.\nParticipate in project status discussions, delivery coordination, and client-facing working sessions as needed.\nTravel to client locations on a need basis.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nYou will likely be successful in this role if you have:\n\n6-8+ years of relevant industry experience, including hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration experience.\nStrong experience with Property & Casualty insurance, including Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or both.\nValid, active Guidewire certifications highly preferredExperience with Personal Lines products such as Personal Auto, Property, Homeowners, Personal Umbrella, or related products.\nExperience with Commercial Lines products such as Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Workers’ Compensation, Farm, Commercial Umbrella, Farm Umbrella, Business Owners, or related products.\nStrong technical experience with Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, and enterprise integration concepts.\nExperience with PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, or enterprise messaging systems.\nKnowledge of application servers such as Tomcat, WebSphere, or WebLogic.\nReal-world experience supporting enterprise system integrations, preferably within the insurance domain.\nUnderstanding of software development best practices, configuration standards, testing support, and release delivery.\nStrong business communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and client-facing project teams.\n• BE, BTech, MCA, or equivalent experience in a related technical field.\n\nHow You Work\nYou are hands-on, If You Have\nExperience with Guidewire Cloud implementation engagements.\nExperience with Guidewire Advanced Product Designer, including conceptualizing, visualizing, and finalizing product models.\nExperience using Xmind, creating mind maps, working with mind map elements, and applying markers within Advanced Product Designer workflows.\nClient-facing delivery experience within
