Our Salesforce Business Analysts wear many hats on their projects and are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support. Our teams bring together Salesforce expertise, delivery discipline, and a collaborative approach to help clients move from vision to execution.\n\nWhat you do\nDiscovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers’ business, functional, and technological requirements\nSynthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation\nPerform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements\nDesign elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving the configuration of Salesforce and Managed Packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality\nDraft custom development specifications and manage the delivery and testing of the functionality by Development resources\nIterate on solutions through a Build/Test/Review cycle with customer Product Owner\nDevelop training curriculum and deliver training sessions to the solution’s end users\nWork with Delivery Director to manage a project to scope, budget, and timeline expectations\nWhat you bring\n5+ years of Salesforce administration or consulting experience, with background in project coordination, business analysis, or project management\nSalesforce Administrator certification required (Business Analyst certification preferred).\nExperience defining business processes, writing user stories, and gathering Salesforce requirements across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.\nProven ability to support Salesforce deployments including data migrations, third-party integrations, and configuration across B2B, B2C, and hybrid models.\nStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights clearly and accurately.\nSkilled in Google Workspace, Salesforce products, and identifying/automating manual processes to improve efficiency.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and mentor junior team members.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, stay organized, manage priorities, and execute administrative and operational tasks with high attention to detail.\nAdaptable, continuous learner with experience contributing to successful projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and evolving needs.\nLocation and Work Authorization\nThis is a remote role with potential periodic client travel.
