now with great talent who'd like to be considered when the time comes.\nWhat You'll Work On\nAs a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will:\nDesign, develop, enhance, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Government Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies.\n\nDevelop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch and scheduled jobs, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing solutions.\n\nBuild and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWCs) using JavaScript, Apex, and Salesforce platform services to create responsive, user-friendly applications.\n\nConfigure and enhance Salesforce functionality using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, dynamic forms, record types, page layouts, and custom metadata.\n\nApply both programmatic and declarative development approaches to deliver efficient, maintainable solutions.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.\n\nDevelop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and deployment validation activities while maintaining Salesforce coding standards and appropriate Project Managers, and client stakeholders to refine requirements, validate technical approaches, and support successful delivery.\n\nParticipate in client-facing workshops, technical discussions, and solution reviews, providing insight into development options, feasibility, and Salesforce best practices.\n\nContribute to Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning.\n\nSupport version control, automated deployments, and CI/CD processes using Git, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools.\n\nMaintain technical documentation, development estimates, solution specifications, and project delivery records.\n\nEnsure development practices align with Salesforce standards for security, scalability, performance, governance, and compliance within government and regulated environments.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nYou will likely be successful in this role if you have:\nActive and valid Salesforce certifications, with Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required.\n\n5-8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience supporting enterprise applications and complex implementations.\n\nDemonstrated experience delivering Salesforce solutions for Public Sector clients, including Government Cloud implementations.\n\nAdvanced Salesforce development expertise, including Apex classes, triggers, batch processing, asynchronous processing, and Lightning Web Components.\n\nStrong experience building complex Salesforce Flows and using declarative automation to support business processes.\n\nHands-on development and configuration experience across Salesforce Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, object relationships, application design, and platform development patterns.\n\nExperience developing and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware technologies, and web services.\n\nKnowledge of Salesforce governor limits, platform constraints, performance optimization, and development best practices.\n\nExperience configuring Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Organization-Wide Defaults, and field-level security.\n\nProficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end
