This individual will ensure pricing is profitable for quotes and maintains the product and pricing database for all materials sold and supplier rebate agreements. This role is expected to work autonomously with minimal direction required with a demonstrated ability to interact with and influence effectively at both a managerial and peer level. \nLocation Requirement: This role is considered hybrid, and candidates must be within a commutable distance to our Romeoville office for 3 days a week.\nKey Responsibilities\nActively manage quotes and billing blocks. \nCUPS entry and internal/external review.\nAnalyze sales order change report.\nCreate OEM pricing.\nExecute global pricing movements.\nNotify customers of pricing movements.\nAnalysis and approval of credits/debits.\nQuarterly interface with both internal and external auditors to show compliance with policies and in place controls.\nQualifications\nRequired\n1-3 years of previous business experience.\nPreferred\nBachelor’s degree in business, or applicable field.\nSAP and Salesforce experience a plus.\nCore Competencies & Skills\nAbility to apply complex analytical and critical thinking skills. \nSelf-motivated with the ability to multi-task.\nDetailed and accurate work outcomes.\nTeam oriented and focused.\nHigh customer service orientation.\nStrong sense of urgency and ability to deal with high stress situations in tight time frames. \nExceptional aptitude with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.\nSAP and SFDC familiarity.\nDisclaimers: \nLegal authorization to work in the specified country is required.
