Whether it's improving products, supporting customers, or positively influencing peers and the community, the contributions of our people matter.\nJob Description:\nJob Description\nResponsible for customer service and support of company products, including but not limited to repairing / troubleshooting of probe cards\nManage field escalation to provide quick solutions and/or leading engineering work and driving effective, timely communication with customers\nProvide customer training, preventive maintenance, continuous improvement program at the customer site\nCompile and maintain the database of product performance at field\nIdentify opportunity and provide innovative solutions to improve customer’s overall use of the company probe cards\nProvide problem solving recommendations or solution by communicating with a customer and internal company worldwide team\nMaintaining excellent customer relationship through technical support and communication.\nRequirements:\nDegree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical/Materials Engineering or related degree\nMin 3 years test engineering experience (e.g. Wafer Sort or Final Test) in semiconductor and/or application engineering in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) company or semiconductor capital equipment.
