Join us for an exciting Procurement internship in the semiconductor industry!\nAs a Procurement Intern at FormFactor, you will gain hands-on experience supporting sourcing, supplier management, purchasing operations, and procurement process improvement activities that enable a global manufacturing network. You will work with procurement professionals and cross-functional stakeholders to understand how supplier decisions, purchase orders, cost analysis, and material availability contribute to business\nperformance.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSupport procurement team members with sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and category-related activities across direct or indirect spend areas. \nUse FormFactor’s ERP and procurement systems to review purchase orders, supplier records, material requirements, spend data, pricing information, and transaction status. \nLead a procurement project focused on evaluating current processes, analyzing supplier or spend data, and identifying practical opportunities for cost, efficiency, compliance, or service improvements. \nCollect and analyze procurement data, document process observations, prepare summaries, and present findings and recommendations to procurement and business stakeholders. \nCollaborate with planning, engineering, manufacturing, finance, logistics, and other cross-functional partners to support supplier performance, material availability, and purchasing execution. \nLearn from experienced procurement professionals through hands-on participation in supplier communications, sourcing activities, negotiations support, and continuous improvement efforts. \nMinimum Requirements:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field \nInterest in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, purchasing operations, and the semiconductor industry \nMinimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA \nGraduation December 2026 or May 2027 \nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills \nExcellent verbal and written communication, including comfort interacting with internal stakeholders and suppliers \nAbility to collaborate across functions and build productive working relationships \nComfort working with data, spreadsheets, procurement systems, and ERP tools \nEffective time management, attention to detail, and ability to deliver project milestones \nInitiative and drive for results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment \nWhy Join Us?\nThis 12-week internship will give you the opportunity to contribute to meaningful procurement initiatives, gain exposure to sourcing and supplier management practices, build experience with ERP and procurement workflows, and deliver a project with practical business impact.\nSkills:\n.\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience | Required.\nFormFactor Benefits:\nBenefits offered for this role include medical, dental, vision, EAP, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending and savings accounts, 401(k), ESPP and paid time off.\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\nFormFactor is an equal opportunity employer.
