This role performs a variety of logistics activities including receiving and inspection of incoming items, processing shipments and returns, packaging high-value technical products, inventory transactions, and work order support. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive high-tech equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReceive incoming materials, equipment, and customer returns, ensuring accurate verification against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records.\n\nProcess inventory transactions within ERP systems to maintain accurate inventory and traceability.\n\nPrepare and package high-value semiconductor, electronic, and precision manufacturing products for domestic and international shipment.\n\nCoordinate outbound shipments using approved carriers and shipping methods while ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements.\n\nCreate shipping documentation, labels, export paperwork, and other logistics records as required.\n\nProcess Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs) and support return logistics activities.\n\nPick, stage, and issue materials to support manufacturing work orders and operational needs.\n\nPerform cycle counting and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.\n\nHandle materials safely while following ESD, safety, quality, and compliance procedures.\n\nMaintain organized warehouse, stockroom, and shipping areas.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistics efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.\n\nCollaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, and Engineering teams to resolve shipping and inventory issues.\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Experiences:\nExperience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or materials handling in a manufacturing environment.\n\nExperience handling high-value electronic, semiconductor, or precision equipment preferred.\n\nKnowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse procedures.\n\nExperience using ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.\n\nAbility to accurately process transactions and maintain detailed records.\n\nFamiliarity with domestic and international shipping requirements preferred.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to read work orders, shipping instructions, and inventory documentation.\n\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.\n\nEffective communication and teamwork skills.\n\nAbility to lift and move materials up to established company limits and work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.\n\nWorking Conditions:\nRegular interaction with warehouse, manufacturing, and office personnel.\n\nFrequent standing, walking, lifting, packing, and material handling.\n\nUse of pallet jacks, shipping equipment, barcode scanners, and packaging tools.\n\nExposure to warehouse and manufacturing environments while following all applicable safety procedures.\n\nSkills:\nDomestic Shipping, Freight Shipping, Heavy Lifting, International Shipping, Lifting Equipment, Shipping, Shipping and Receiving, Shipping Coordination, Shipping Document Preparation, Shipping Procedures, Warehouse ForkliftsEducation & Experience:\nMinimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience.
