Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, the Manufacturing Operator I follows established work instructions to assemble, inspect, test, and package precision products while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.\nThis position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, possess strong attention to detail, and are interested in building a career in advanced manufacturing and semiconductor technology\nKey Responsibilities:\nManufacturing & Assembly\nAssemble semiconductor-related products and components according to documented work instructions. \nPerform precision hand assembly using microscopes, tweezers, hand tools, and specialized production equipment. \nHandle miniature electronic and mechanical components with care and attention to detail. \nFollow production schedules and daily work assignments to achieve throughput goals. \nInspection & Quality\nConduct visual inspections of products and components. \nIdentify defects, irregularities, or quality concerns and escalate issues appropriately. \nRecord production and quality information accurately and completely. \nFollow ISO, quality system, and manufacturing procedures. \nEquipment & Process Support\nOperate basic manufacturing equipment safely and effectively. \nComplete routine equipment checks and notify supervisors of equipment concerns. \nFollow standardized operating procedures and process controls. \nSafety & Compliance\nAdhere to all safety, environmental, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) requirements. \nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. \nParticipate in required safety training and compliance activities. \nSupport safe work practices and continuous improvement initiatives. \nTeamwork & Development\nCollaborate effectively with operators, technicians, engineers, and supervisors. \nDemonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. \nParticipate in cross-training opportunities. \nSupport a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability. \nPreferred Qualifications & Experience:\nCollaborate effectively with operators, technicians, engineers, and supervisors. \nDemonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. \nParticipate in cross-training opportunities. \nSupport a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability. \nAbility to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality. \nBasic computer skills and ability to document work accurately. \nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions. \nAbility to work effectively in a team environment. \nPrevious manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or technical experience. \nExperience working with microscopes, precision tools, or small components. \nSemiconductor, electronics, medical device, aerospace, or precision manufacturing experience. \nLean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure. \nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods. \nAbility to perform repetitive hand and finger movements. \nAbility to work under a microscope for extended periods. \nAbility to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. \nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment while following safety and ESD requirements. \nShift Options:\nFB A: 7 am -7:15pm- Wk1 Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.
