This position performs a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure high-quality products, smooth workflow, and continuous process optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused setting.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduction & Process Execution\nPerform manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of probe card components.\nFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines to ensure consistent and reliable output.\nEquipment Operation\nSet up, operate, and calibrate manufacturing equipment under established guidelines.\nConduct routine preventative maintenance to maintain equipment readiness and reduce downtime.\nData Collection & Process Optimization\nCollect, document, and interpret operating data to make real-time equipment adjustments that uphold quality and process standards.\nSupport continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce defects.\nCollaboration & Technical Support\nWork closely with engineering teams to run tests, experiments, and data-gathering activities that support new product development or process refinement.\nAssist in the training and coaching of fellow operators or technicians to promote teamwork, knowledge sharing, and technical growth.\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements:\nRole may involve frequent standing, repetitive hand motions, and handling small or delicate components.\nWork performed primarily in a clean-room manufacturing setting, requiring adherence to gowning and contamination-control procedures.\nMay require exposure to chemicals, specialty tools, microscopes, or precision measurement equipment.\nMust follow all required safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE and clean-room attire (full coverall suit, hairnet, mask, gloves, etc.) for extended periods of time. \nMust be able to lift up to 30 lbs. \nWork Environment & Physical Requirements:\nRole may involve frequent standing, repetitive hand motions, and handling small or delicate components.\nWork performed primarily in a clean-room manufacturing setting, requiring adherence to gowning and contamination-control procedures.\nMay require exposure to chemicals, specialty tools, microscopes, or precision measurement equipment.\nMust follow all required safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE and clean-room attire (full coverall suit, hairnet, mask, gloves, etc.) for extended periods of time. \nMust be able to lift up to 30 lbs. \nSkills:\nCleanroom Operations, Communication, Computer Literacy, Manual Dexterity, Mathematics, Microscope, Microsoft Office, Problem Solving, Self Reliance, Statistics, Technical Problem-Solving, Working IndependentlyEducation & Experience:\nLess than 1 year of related experience.
