This entry-level role is critical to ensuring high-quality production and process optimization in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nExecute manufacturing processes including photolithography, thin film, etch, plating, assembly, test, and inspection.\n\nPerform equipment set-up, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance to ensure operational readiness.\n\nCollect and analyze operating data to make on-line equipment adjustments and maintain process optimization.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams to conduct tests and experiments aimed at improving production processes or developing new products.\n\nAssist in training and coaching other technicians, fostering teamwork, leadership, and technical skill development.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements:\nRole may involve frequent standing, repetitive hand motions, and handling small or delicate components.\n\nWork performed primarily in a clean-room manufacturing setting, requiring adherence to gowning and contamination-control procedures.\n\nMay require exposure to chemicals, specialty tools, microscopes, or precision measurement equipment.\n\nMust follow all required safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE and clean-room attire (full coverall suit, hairnet, mask, gloves, etc.) for extended periods of time.\n\nMust be able to lift up to 30 lbs.\n\nSkills:\nAlgebra, Cleanroom Operations, Communication, Computer Literacy, Manual Dexterity, Mathematics, Microscope, Microsoft Office, Problem Solving, Self Reliance, Statistics, Technical Problem-Solving, Working IndependentlyEducation & Experience:\nLess than 1 year of related experience.
