The successful candidate will leverage cloud platforms, enterprise technologies, and approved AI capabilities to improve business processes, productivity, and decision making across the organization.\nThe role partners closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, and IT to identify opportunities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver value through the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, governance, and support.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, deploy, and support AI-enabled applications, automation solutions, integrations, and enterprise software using approved technologies and platforms.\nPartner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvement, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable solutions.\nLead solution delivery through the full development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and support.\nDevelop and maintain applications, APIs, integrations, workflows, and data-driven solutions using modern software engineering practices.\nBuild AI-enabled solutions utilizing enterprise AI platforms, large language models, and AI-assisted development tools while validating AI-generated code for quality, security, and production readiness.\nTroubleshoot applications, resolve technical issues, and continuously improve solution reliability, performance, and user experience.\nPartner with Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Data teams to ensure compliance with enterprise standards, governance requirements, and responsible AI practices.\nEstablish reusable development standards, templates, and best practices that enable scalable solution delivery across FormFactor.\nCoach citizen developers and business solution owners while helping successful solutions transition into governed production environments.\nPreferred Qualifications & Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience in software engineering, application development, automation, AI enablement, analytics, digital transformation, or related technology disciplines.\nHands-on experience developing, deploying, and supporting production software applications and enterprise solutions.\nStrong programming experience with Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, or similar modern development languages.\nExperience building and consuming APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services.\nKnowledge of software engineering best practices including source control, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support.\nUnderstanding of secure application development, authentication, authorization, data protection, and application security principles.\nExperience evaluating and leveraging AI-assisted development tools and AI-generated outputs.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.\nExperience supporting global organizations, manufacturing operations, or high-tech environments preferred.\nPreferred Technical Experience:\n AI & Automation: Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Power Platform, AI agents, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI-assisted development, workflow automation.\nSoftware Development: Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, REST APIs, microservices, web application development, application architecture, object-oriented programming, software design patterns.\nCloud & Data Platforms: Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Databricks, SQL Server, cloud-native services, data integration, data pipelines, analytics platforms, reporting solutions.\nDevOps & Engineering Practices: GitHub, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, source control, application monitoring, deployment automation, release management.\nEnterprise Applications & Integration: Enterprise application integrations, ERP platforms, workflow orchestration, API development, business intelligence, data visualization, process automation, digital workplace solutions.\nSkills:\nArtificial Intelligence (AI), Artificial Intelligence Planning, Artificial Intelligence Software, Artificial Intelligence Strategy, Artificial Intelligence System (AIS), Artificial Intelligence Techniques, Artificial Intelligence Technologies, Cloud Data Architecture, Cloud Data Integration, Databricks Platform, Microsoft Azure PaaSEducation & Experience:\nMinimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree;
