Whether it's improving products, supporting customers, or positively influencing peers and the community, the contributions of our people matter.\nJob Description:\nPerform functional testing, validation, and reliability verification of PRVX Probe Cards.\nDevelop, execute, and optimize test plans and test procedures.\nAnalyze test data and identify root causes of product failures or performance issues.\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering qualification, and product release activities.\nCollaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Field Service teams to resolve technical issues.\nGenerate test reports and provide technical recommendations for product improvement.\nMaintain and improve testing standards, procedures, and documentation.\nSupport failure analysis (FA), corrective actions, and customer-related technical investigations.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency, quality, and productivity.\nParticipate in test automation development and implementation projects.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor testing, probe card testing, ATE, or a related engineering field preferred.\nFresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and hands-on laboratory experience are also encouraged to apply.\nUnderstanding of semiconductor testing processes and probe card applications.\nExperience operating and troubleshooting testing equipment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nKnowledge of electronics and semiconductor manufacturing (Especially, back-end semiconductor test desired) \nAbility to communicate (verbal/written) in English.\nWillingness to perform shift work.\nSkills:\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree;
