Whether it's improving products, supporting customers, or positively influencing peers and the community, the contributions of our people matter.\nJob Description:\nJob Description\nFormFactor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Service Engineer to support our advanced wafer probing systems in Korea.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support of FormFactor's semiconductor wafer probe stations.\nThis position requires strong technical expertise, excellent customer communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with global engineering teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall, commission, and qualify FormFactor wafer probe stations at customer sites.\nPerform preventive maintenance, calibration, and system health checks.\nDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, electrical, and mechanical issues.\nProvide on-site and remote technical support to customers.\nCoordinate with Global Technical Support, Applications Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to resolve complex technical issues.\nSupport customer evaluations (Demo), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).\nDeliver customer training on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.\nMaintain accurate service reports, installation records, and technical documentation.\nSupport system upgrades, retrofits, and engineering change implementations.\nRequirements\nMinimum 7 years of field service experience supporting semiconductor capital equipment.\nStrong knowledge of wafer probing systems, semiconductor testing, or precision motion systems.\nExperience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic, and motion control systems.\nFamiliarity with Windows-based software, networking, and equipment control systems.\nAbility to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong customer service mindset with effective communication skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nWillingness to travel frequently within Korea and occasionally overseas.\nBusiness-level English communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience with semiconductor wafer probe stations\nExperience supporting semiconductor manufacturers\nKnowledge of wafer-level electrical measurements, RF testing, Silicon Photonics, MEMS, or Advanced Packaging applications.\nExperience with robotic systems, motion control, and precision alignment technologies.\nFamiliarity with Keysight, Keithley, Tektronix, or other semiconductor measurement instruments.\nAbility to mentor junior engineers and lead complex customer projects.\nStrong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nSelf-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support.\nSkills:\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree;
