This position will ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires technical aptitude, an understanding of fab processes, equipment functionality, adherence to operational protocols, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment across assigned process areas (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, CMP). \nPerform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and escalate issues to maintenance or engineering teams. \nFollow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process control plans. \nEnsure product quality by performing inspections and measurements using metrology tools. \nRecord production data, equipment status, and process deviations in manufacturing systems. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and yield enhancement initiatives. \nParticipate in equipment startup, shutdown, and changeover activities. \nMaintain compliance with cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and environmental regulations. \nParticipate in training programs and assist in onboarding new technicians. \nSupport equipment startup, shutdown, and changeover activities as needed. \nIdentify and communicate opportunities for process optimization and workflow improvements. \nSkills:\nCleanroom Gowning, Cleanroom Operations, Communication, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Data Recording, Following Instructions, Process Optimization, Routine Inspections, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Troubleshooting.\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience | Required.\nFormFactor Benefits:\nBenefits offered for this role include medical, dental, vision, EAP, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending and savings accounts, 401(k), ESPP and paid time off.\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\nFormFactor is an equal opportunity employer.
