This role is responsible for deploying, optimizing, and continuously improving FormFactor's electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) while developing analytics, reporting, automation, and digital solutions that improve business performance and quality system effectiveness.\nWorking cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Service, Supply Chain, and IT, this individual will transform manual and disconnected quality processes into scalable digital workflows that improve visibility, reduce administrative burden, strengthen compliance, and enable data-driven decision making. The role serves as a key contributor to FormFactor's Digital Quality strategy by establishing systems, data structures, reporting frameworks, and automation capabilities that support future predictive quality and AI-enabled decision support initiatives.\nThis position applies advanced professional knowledge to solve moderately complex problems, drive process improvements, and lead initiatives with significant cross-functional impact.\nKey Responsibilities:\neQMS Deployment & Administration\nSupport deployment, adoption, administration, and continuous improvement of FormFactor's eQMS platform.\n\nConfigure, test, validate, and maintain digital quality workflows that improve process visibility, compliance, and execution effectiveness.\n\nPartner with business process owners to digitize, standardize, and optimize quality processes across multiple sites and functions.\n\nLead or support user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, training, change management, and implementation activities.\n\nDevelop and maintain workflow configurations, forms, notifications, dashboards, and business rules.\n\nSupport system governance activities including user access management, data integrity, configuration control, and workflow enhancements.\n\nMeasure and drive user adoption and process compliance across the organization.\n\nIdentify opportunities to streamline quality processes through digital transformation initiatives.\n\nPrimary eQMS Process Areas:\nChange Control Management\n\nProblem Reporting & Resolution (CAPA, 8D, RCA)\n\nAudit Management\n\nProject Management\n\nQuality Analytics & Reporting\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and business intelligence solutions.\n\nMonitor and analyze Quality Management System performance and effectiveness.\n\nDesign reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for management and operational teams.\n\nSupport performance reporting related to: First-Time Right (FTR), CAPA effectiveness, Audit performance and closure rates, Change Control cycle times, Quality system health metrics, Management Review metrics, Corrective action performance, and Customer quality indicators.\n\nPartner with stakeholders to define leading and lagging performance indicators.\n\nSupport development of data models, reporting structures, and visualization tools utilizing Power BI and related analytics platforms.\n\nAnalyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvement and risk reduction.\n\nDigital Innovation, Automation & AI Enablement\nIdentify opportunities to leverage analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve quality system effectiveness and reduce manual effort.\n\nDevelop automated workflows and digital solutions that improve productivity, visibility, and decision-making.\n\nPartner with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and IT teams to implement digital process improvements.\n\nSupport implementation of AI-enabled productivity and business intelligence tools.\n\nDevelop trend analysis methodologies and early-warning indicators for quality risks and process performance issues.\n\nAssist in establishing scalable data structures and governance practices that support future predictive quality capabilities.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through automation, data analysis, and process optimization.\n\nQuality Systems & Compliance Support\nSupport Quality Systems governance activities through reporting, workflow administration, and process monitoring.\n\nAssist with internal, customer, and external audit preparation and response activities.\n\nSupport Management Review reporting, metric analysis, and performance assessments.\n\nMaintain data integrity and consistency within digital quality systems.\n\nHelp ensure digital quality processes align with applicable industry standards, customer requirements, and company policies.\n\nParticipate in corrective and preventive action activities related to quality system performance.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with Quality Systems, Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, Engineering, Operations, Service, Supply Chain, and IT teams.\n\nFacilitate alignment between business requirements and digital quality solutions.\n\nProvide user training, system support, and process guidance related to digital quality tools.\n\nPromote adoption of standardized workflows, best practices, and data-driven decision-making.\n\nLead and participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and quality performance.\n\nSkills:\nAI Adoption, Automation, Collaboration, Continuous Improvement, Data Analytics, Data-Driven Decision Making, Data Management, Data Oriented, Learning Agility, Process Improvements, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Systems Thinking, Taking OwnershipEducation & Experience:\nMinimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree;
