Job Description:

Position Overview

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Chungcheong-do.

The role includes installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer sites. You will ensure smooth operation, quick issue resolution, and strong customer support. Good English communication with headquarters and strong customer relationship skills are essential.

This role requires working in a two-shift schedule to support customer production operations, ensure continuous onsite coverage, and respond quickly to equipment or probe card-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment on-site.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues quickly.
• Provide training and support to customers.
• Work with engineering teams to solve complex problems.
• Communicate with headquarters in English for coordination and reporting.
• Keep accurate service records and reports.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Solid technical knowledge of equipment and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time well.
• Good communication skills, including English for HQ coordination.
• Customer relationship management experience.
• Willingness to travel within Gyeonggi-Do and nearby areas.
• Technical certifications or degrees are a plus.
