The position operates with moderate autonomy, solving complex recruiting challenges and influencing hiring outcomes through data, market intelligence, and consultative guidance.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Talent Partnering\nPartner with hiring managers across engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and corporate functions to define hiring needs and success profiles\nProvide consultative guidance on talent availability, market conditions, and competitive positioning\nLead intake discussions and develop structured hiring strategies aligned to business priorities\nSourcing & Pipeline Development (Primary Focus)\nProactively source and engage passive candidates across specialized technical domains (e.g., semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing engineering)\nBuild and maintain pipelines for critical roles in Taiwan and broader Asia markets\nLeverage multiple channels including direct sourcing, referrals, industry networks, and talent mapping\nContinuously refine sourcing strategies based on market intelligence and hiring outcomes\nFull-Cycle Recruitment Execution\nOwn end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, offer negotiation, and close\nConduct structured interviews to assess both technical capability and behavioral/values alignment\nManage candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding\nStakeholder & Process Management\nGuide hiring managers on interview practices, candidate evaluation, and decision making\nFacilitate interview debriefs and ensure alignment across stakeholders\nEnsure adherence to recruiting processes, compliance requirements, and global/local employment regulations [\nMarket Intelligence & Data Utilization\nProvide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity\nTrack and analyze recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates)\nUse data to optimize sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes\nEmployer Branding & Candidate Engagement\nRepresent the organization in the external talent market through outreach, networking, campus event and industry engagement\nPartner with TA and marketing teams to support employer branding initiatives in Taiwan\nDeliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field\n4-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on sourcing\nDemonstrated success recruiting for engineering, technical, or manufacturing roles\nExperience operating in competitive talent markets (Taiwan or broader APAC preferred)\nProficiency with ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools\nSkills:\nCandidate Generation, Candidate Interviewing, Candidate Marketing, Candidate Screening, Candidates Management, Candidate Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiting, Passive Candidate Sourcing, Proactive Recruitment, Recruiting, Recruiting Events, Recruiting Strategies, Recruiting Systems, Recruitment Marketing, Recruitment Support, Talent AcquisitionEducation & Experience:\nMinimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree;
