Shift:

The regular hours for this position are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00am to 6:15pm.

Job Description:

TheSupervisor, Production leads and develops a team of manufacturing technicians in a high-volume, high-precisionFormFactor semiconductor fab environment. This role is responsible for executing daily production plans, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and driving continuous improvement across assigned shifts or production areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Operations

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle-time objectives.

  • Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities across assigned tools and processes.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including yield, equipment utilization,scrap, and on-time delivery.

  • Escalate and coordinate resolution of production issues impacting safety,quality, or output.

People Leadership

  • Directly supervise and develop a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.

  • Conduct daily shift meetings, performance check-ins, coaching, and corrective action as needed.

  • Execute hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and timekeeping activities.

  • Complete formal performance reviews and succession development planning.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce compliance with safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and EHS standards.

  • Ensure adherence to ISO, quality system, and fab operatingprocedures.

  • Participate in audits, corrective actions, and root-cause investigations.

  • Champion safe work practices and immediate response to safety incidents.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunitiesto improve efficiency, yield, and cycle time using Lean / Six Sigma principles.

  • Lead kaizen events, standard work creation, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between technicians, engineers, and management.

  • Communicate production status, risks, and corrective actions clearly and proactively.

  • Support change management initiatives and implementation of new tools or processes.

Pay Range:

$84,800.00 - $111,300.00

Pay Range Explained:

This role in Livermore, California pays between $84,800.00 and $111,300.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You’ll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
