This leader will improve equipment availability, reduce downtime, implement maintenance best practices, and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across a unionized workforce.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the site maintenance organization in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.\nImprove asset reliability, equipment availability, and maintenance cost performance.\nImplement preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.\nEnsure effective planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve asset reliability.\nPartner with Operations and Engineering to solve problems and improve plant performance.\nLead change initiatives and drive maintenance best practices.\nBuild strong relationships within a unionized workforce and effectively resolve conflicts.\nDevelop and coach a high-performing maintenance team.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.\n8+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.\nDemonstrated maintenance leadership experience supporting complex manufacturing operations with PLC-controlled systems, hydraulic equipment, rotating and static equipment, industrial boilers, utilities, motors, and related process equipment.\nProven success improving reliability, uptime, and maintenance performance.\nExperience leading maintenance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nUnion manufacturing experience preferred.\nStrong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.\nResults-oriented leader with a bias for action and the ability to perform under pressure.\nWhy This Role Matters\nThis is a high-impact leadership opportunity.
