In this role, you’ll work on a production floor where we use advanced 3D printers to make parts for customers around the world. No experience with 3D printing is required-we’ll teach you everything you need to know. The 2nd shift hours are 3pm - 11:30pm, Monday through Friday.\nRole Description:\nAs a 3D Print Production Associate, you’ll help run machines, finish printed parts, check for quality, and prepare products for shipment. You’ll play an important part in making sure orders are completed on time and done right. This is a full-time, hourly position at our high-tech facility, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn and rotate through several different hands-on production stations.\nResponsibilities:\nOperate 3D printers and other production equipment (training provided)\nClean, finish, inspect, and package printed parts\nFollow quality standards and safety procedures\nStay organized and keep your work area clean\nWork with teammates and communicate clearly with supervisors\nHelp meet daily production goals\nRequirements:\nPrior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar role is helpful but not required\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions\nAble to work independently and efficiently after training\nComfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to jump in where needed\nWork Environment and Physical Demands:\nWork in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery noise, temperature changes, and particulate materials.\nAbility to stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods.\nLift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.\nPerks & Benefits:\nComprehensive Healthcare Benefits through UMR (leveraging United Healthcare Provider Network)\nVision and Dental included\nFSA/HSA\nFull-time, hourly employees will accrue PTO hourly, beginning on their start date, up to a maximum of 3 weeks (120 hours) PTO per year. \nCommuter Benefits \nFertility Benefits and Parental Leave\nFitness and Wellness Benefits \nFinancial Planning/401k\nMeals and snacks - catered lunch 3x/week\nUnlimited 3D Printing\nEven if you don't check every box, but see yourself contributing, please apply.
