You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business stakeholders (Sales & Service, Marketing, eCommerce, Finance, Fulfillment) and our technical systems landscape (Salesforce, Shopify, Netsuite, Integrations).\nYou won’t just be gathering requirements; you will be getting your hands dirty with data, building tools, and helping design the future of our digital operations.\nFormlabs Systems team enables all Formlabs teams with enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, and security to do their best work. The team supports all areas of the company and has team members globally.\nThis role is based in our Somerville, MA office, with in-office attendance expected every week, and will be a full-time position.\nThe Job:\nDrive Cross-Functional Projects: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Service, Fulfillment, and Finance teams to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and specifications for our Digital Systems roadmap (e.g., eCommerce, CRM, ERP, marketing automation).\nBe Hands-On with the Platform: Go beyond documentation-perform hands-on configuration, troubleshoot data issues, develop proofs-of-concept, and compile data to drive decision-making, validate logic, and secure stakeholder support before working with developers to implement.\nManage the Product Backlog: Own the organization and prioritization of enhancement requests, Jira stories, and roadmap initiatives, ensuring developers have clear, actionable specifications and direction.\n Process Architecture: Map out current and future state workflows, identifying bottlenecks in how data flows between systems (e.g., Shopify to Salesforce to ERP).\nData & Analytics: Collaborate with the Data team to ensure data integrity across the \"Semantic Layer\" and assist in validating results for new initiatives, small enhancements, and AI enablement.\nSupport Major Launches: Act as a key analyst for high-impact initiatives, including new platforms, AI tools, and product introductions.\nYou:\n2+ years of experience driving complex enterprise system transformations.\nExperience with SQL/BigQuery and data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau).\nFamiliarity with marketing automation migrations (e.g., moving off Marketo).\nExperience with Agile methodologies and Jira management.\nA bachelors degree or higher in a technical or related field. \nBonus Points:\n Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) or Shopify Certifications.\nExperience with Github, Gearset, DevOps Center, or similar DevOps tool.\nExperience with Shopify Plus and Shopify B2B.\nExperience with Agile methodologies.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems and their integration with CRM.\nExperience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.\nOur Perks & Benefits:\nRobust equity program to build future wealth through RSUs\nComprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)\nLow cost fund options in our 401K and access to advisors\nGenerous paid Parental Leave (up to 16 weeks)\nTenure-based paid Sabbatical Leave (up to 6 weeks)\nFlexible Out of Office Plan - Take time when you need it\nAmple free on-site parking & pre-tax commuter benefits\nHealthy on-site lunches, snacks, beverages, & treats\nRegular sponsored professional development opportunities\nMany opt-in culture events across our diverse community\nAnd of course… unlimited 3D prints\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
