If you’re ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.\nThe Job:\nLead the system-level hardware architecture, design, and development for 3D printers and post-processing devices.\n\nDrive the selection and integration of core components: motion control, heating, sensors, and embedded systems.\n\nOwn the full hardware development cycle: prototyping, testing, validation, and DFM and cost.\n\nEnsure all hardware meets performance, reliability, safety, and compliance standards.\n\nManage the hardware development timeline and collaborate closely with firmware, software, and manufacturing teams.\n\nBuild, mentor, and manage the hardware engineering team.\n\nYou:\nBachelor's/Master's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.\n\n5+ years of hands-on hardware development experience, including 2+ years in a technical lead or management role.\n\nProven track record of delivering complex electromechanical products to mass production.
