If you’re ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.\nYour Impact: \nAs our Manager, SEC Reporting, you will play a critical part in the preparation, accuracy, and timely filing of all financial statements and disclosures and scaling to meet public-company standards.\nYou will be a key architect in the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, draft technical accounting memorandums, and ensure our reporting framework aligns with US GAAP and rigorous regulatory benchmarks. This is a high-visibility role offering deep exposure to complex transaction accounting and the evolution of our financial operations.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nIn this role, you will report directly to the Director of Technical Accounting, External Reporting, and Internal Compliance and work closely with other key members of the Finance team including the Corporate Controller, Head of FP&A, and Head of IR.\nThis position offers broad exposure to global accounting operations, technical accounting matters, internal controls and financial reporting.\nKey roles and responsibilities include:\n Manage external financial reporting activities, including the preparation, coordination, drafting, and review of quarterly and annual financial statements, footnote disclosures, Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), earnings releases, and other SEC filings.\n Own and optimize the financial reporting platform (e.g., Workiva, ActiveDisclosure, or similar) to enhance reporting efficiency, data integrity, collaboration, and version control.\nLead accounting policy development and compliance, including the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.\nPerform technical accounting research and analysis related to complex transactions, accounting policy interpretations, and the adoption of new accounting standards and pronouncements.\nManage quarterly reviews and annual audits by preparing audit schedules, facilitating information requests, and serving as a primary point of contact for external auditors.\nSupport tax compliance and reporting activities in partnership with external tax advisors and service providers.\nExecute key SOX controls related to financial reporting, disclosure controls, and SEC filing processes.\nPartner cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, Treasury, Tax, and Legal to support strategic initiatives, improve processes, and drive business objectives.\nLead process improvement and special projects that strengthen financial reporting, operational efficiency, and scalability.\nAbout You:\n4+ years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on SEC reporting (directly within a public company)\nWorking knowledge of complex technical accounting areas; equity, inventory, and taxes.\nExperience with SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting\nDeep familiarity with US GAAP, SEC regulations (S-X and S-K), and the EDGAR filing process.\nHands-on experience with specialized financial reporting software (e.g., Workiva (Wdesk), DFIN ActiveDisclosure) is highly preferred.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency in accounting software (e.g. NetSuite), Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite\nBonus Skills: \nCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation\nBig Four public accounting experience\nExperience with XBRL/iXBRL tagging\nExposure to Tax Compliance\nExperience in a high-growth or scaling company environment\nOur Benefits & Perks:\nRobust equity program to build future wealth through RSUs\nComprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)\n401K matching and access to financial advisors\nGenerous paid Parental Leave (up to 16 weeks)\nTenure-based paid Sabbatical Leave (up to 6 weeks)\nFlexible Out of Office Plan - Take time when you need it\nAmple on-site parking & pre-tax commuter benefits\nHealthy on-site lunches, snacks, beverages, & treats\nRegular sponsored professional development opportunities\nMany opt-in culture events across our diverse community\nAnd of course… unlimited 3D prints\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
