A detailed breakdown of the different responsibilities associated with this position is defined below. The 2nd shift hours are 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday.\nKey Tasks and Responsibilities\nAssist in performing various preventive maintenance tasks and procedures concerning buildings and equipment.\nDevelop skills for troubleshooting and repair of equipment.\nAssist in performing component replacement.\nMaintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts.\nOperate equipment, vehicles, powered industrial trucks, and aerial lifts safely.\nPerform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance.\nClean the interior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment, and exterior of the building\nComplete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor.\nComply with all safety and health regulations.\nKeep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor.\nRespond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.\nDiagnose and troubleshoot issues.\nWork with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors.\nProperly complete all repair, labor, parts purchasing and usage documentation in a timely fashion.\nComply with all department and company policies and procedures.\nPhysical demands include, but are not limited to, high aptitude for standing and walking endurance, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling climbing ladders of various types, bending, squatting, and kneeling, and working in different temperatures inside and outside.\nCore Competencies\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nSolid problem-solving abilities.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work on an independent basis.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nStrong mechanical skills.\nWhat We Offer\nMedical/dental/vision insurance \n3% 401k match\nCompany-provided lunch 3 days a week\nUnlimited access to 3d printing\nEducation and Training\nHigh School degree.\nPreferred Education \nBachelor's degree\nCompensation\nAt Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
