They are the nexus between the internal teams, senior management, and external partners, coordinating all program activities from development through production ramp to product launch. \nWe look for people who are passionate about learning and taking on new challenges, care about shipping impactful products, and are interested in building strong collaborative relationships with external partners and internal teams.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nShip the best product as fast as possible\nManage the strategy, overall planning, execution and delivery of technically complex products from concept through production\nMonitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluate progress/quality, and manage issue resolutions. Communicate status, issues, and key risks.\nAct as the link between the program teams, key stakeholders, and external partners, including frequent reporting to company leadership.\nUse disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop program plans which deliver the program within cost and schedule\nOrganize beta testing activities. Plan and coordinate the creation and implementation of externally facing technical documents\nEnsuring program closure - including post launch issue tracking and required documentation.\nAbout You:\n5+ years of experience in an engineering or R&D environment, with demonstrated experience in project or program management.\nUnderstand how to bring product concepts from the lab to commercialization.\nAbility to apply technical knowledge to drive decision making, i.e. trade-off discussions and program strategy\nStrong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. \nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills. Not afraid to speak up or pivot to a new direction when needed. \nSelf-starter and natural problem solver. Have a desire to increase the effectiveness of your teammates.\nAbility to work cross-functionally between product, engineering, production, and supply chain personnel.
