If you’re ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSource and identify potential suppliers across South East Asia, conduct supplier evaluations and factory audits.\nEngage in new product introduction efforts during ramp with internal & external stakeholders. Specific goals include team leadership in driving issue resolution, supply chain, schedule, cost, quality goals. \nEngage with manufacturing partners to develop, ramp, and introduce products.\nDevelop relationships with partners and knowledge of factory's capabilities and limitations.\nDevelop and execute a Southeast Asia supply chain strategy that outlines the commodity enablement plan along with a clear product roadmap.\nAbout You:\n3+ years ops experience, preferably in high tech industry.\nCurrent knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management practices.\nExperience with consumer electronic manufacturing technologies (preferred) in the areas of design, process, commodity cost, factory cost, supply and quality management.\nExperienced in operations or technical program management roles preferred.\nEnglish & Vietnamese proficiency.\nNeed to travel to china for 25% of the time.\nOur Benefits & Perks:\nRobust equity program to build future wealth through RSUs\nComprehensive healthcare coverage\nMany opt-in culture events across our diverse community\nAnd of course… unlimited 3D prints\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
