If you’re ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.\nYour Job\nThis Packaging Specialist position is responsible for the labeling, pouring, and packaging engineered resins manufactured for photochemistry applications. A detailed breakdown of the different responsibilities associated with this position is defined below. 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) is available for this position.\nKey Tasks and Responsibilities \n\nEnsure compliance with all Spectra health and safety and local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. \nResponsible for applying product and compliance labels onto cartridges \nResponsible for pouring engineered resins from mixing tanks into cartridges\nResponsible for bagging and boxing engineered resins into individual bags and cartons\nResponsible for taping cartons, inserting into master box, and palletizing\nResponsible to follow and maintain all the documentation associated with quality control\nSuggest procedural and process improvements to meet or exceed the plant’s productivity and quality goals. \nProvide firsthand support to Fulfillment on any manufacturing process issues \nMaintain effective communication channels (oral and written) to all levels at plant \nCore Competencies\n\nGood attendance record\nExcellent verbal communication skills. \nSolid problem-solving abilities. \nSelf-motivated with the ability to work on an independent basis. \nStrong organizational and time management skills. \nWork Environment and Physical Demands:\nWork in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery noise, temperature changes, and particulate materials.\nAbility to stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods.\nEducation and Training\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nWhat we offer\nMedical/dental/vision insurance \n3% 401k match\nLunch catering 3 days a week\nUnlimited access to 3d printing\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
